Ayrault's boss, fellow socialist Francois Holland, will instead push for European Union to raise taxes at the "summit" later this week. Let us hope that  le coq gaulois sticks to his guns. If so, the EUSSR will be one step closer to its final destination, which it shares with all other failed empires ....
